Agile Magnetics manufactures and designs custom transformers, custom inductors, and custom chokes for variable volume production and prototyping. We also provide pour and pot under vacuum services and box build assemblies. Our capabilities for specialty transformers include high voltage universal windings, line frequency, high frequency, and step up and step down transformers up to 100KVA for OEM, instrumentation, imaging, medical equipment, mil/aero, etc.

We build your products in our state of the art, 40,000 sq/ft manufacturing center in Concord, NH. We are a variable volume, custom, and contract magnetics manufacturer. We also provide design, fast prototyping, and product development services. Agile has been in the magnetics business since 1992. In addition to our Concord, NH location, Agile collaborates with several high volume production facilities strategically located to ensure maximum efficiency with high labor-content products.

We computer test 100% of the products we manufacture and supply supporting documentation when requested. Agile Magnetics is an ISO 9001 compliant manufacturer. Products are manufactured to UL / CUL / VDE and CE standards. When required, products are supplied with UL and CUL markings.
