At Agile Magnetics, Magnet wire coils are constructed to spec and insulated with polymer based films rather than plastic or rubber. This polymer based insulation ensures the part will have a uniform dielectric coating. Additionally, because the insulation is thin, magnet wire can wound into very compact coils, which is especially useful for applications with limited space.
All the products manufactured by Agile Magnetics are built to UL / CUL / VDE and CE, with UL and CUL markings if required. Agile Magnetics is an ISO 9001 compliant manufacturer.
